Terms and Conditions of registrations and ticketing
Agri Alliance has the pleasure of managing the registrations and ticketing for an Intimate Dinner with Sarah Glover at Nimbo Fork Lodge as well as a Riverside Picnic. Please read through the following Terms and Conditions when purchasing your tickets.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AN INTITMATE DINNER WITH SARAH GLOVER AT NIMBO FORK LODGE 1. The basics 1.1 You are you. We / us are the event organisers, Nimbo Fork Lodge Pty Ltd. 2. Tickets 2.1 You are not registered, and your ticket isn’t valid until we receive your payment. If you don’t pay for your ticket in full, you can’t attend the event. 2.2 You can transfer your ticket to another person or change the name on a ticket once, without any additional charge. After that every transfer or change of name will incur a $50 administration fee. Email email@example.com before 27th July 2018 to request a transfer / name change. We won’t transfer tickets or change names after 31st July 2018. 2.3 If you can’t come to the event anymore, let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 20th July 2018 and we will refund your ticket price (less any credit card processing fees and a $100 administration fee). There are no refunds after 21st July 2018. There are no refunds if you don’t come to the event. 2.4 A ticket is for the whole event for the owner of the ticket. We don’t sell tickets for part of the event (eg a single day or a single session). You can’t share a ticket or transfer your ticket to another person for part of the event. 2.5 We will send your tickets electronically. You won’t get anything in the mail.
3. Changes and cancellation 3.1 We’ll do our best to make sure the event happens as published. But we may have to change, reschedule, or cancel the event. If this happens, we will do our best to tell you as far in advance as possible and if we cancel the event we will refund the ticket price. Our liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price.
4. Conditions 4.1 Participation in the event is at our discretion. We can refuse registration to anyone if we see fit to do so. If this happens we will refund the registration fee. If we think your behaviour is inappropriate we will ask you to leave the event and you won’t get a refund. If we do this, you agree to go quietly. 4.2 If you come to the event, you agree that: (a) we can take images, video and sound recordings of you. You agree that we can use these images for promotional or other purposes. (b) we can use the personal information you gave us for the purpose of the event and can also give it to our major sponsor.
5. Liability 5.1 You attend the event and use the facilities at your own risk. 5.2 You release us from liability for any loss or injury you or your property suffer or incur from coming to the event and in connection with these terms and conditions, whether based in contract, negligence (whether ours or someone else’s), tort, statute or otherwise. 5.3 You must comply with any rules published by us or the event venue/s and any reasonable directions that we issue. 5.4 We are not liable for any act or omission by an event participant, presenter or partner.
