Terms and Conditions of registrations and ticketing
Agri Alliance has the pleasure of offering the workshop 'Social Media and Marketing with Sophie Hansen' at Nimbo Fork Lodge. Please read through the following Terms and Conditions when purchasing your tickets.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING WORKSHOP WITH SOPHIE HANSEN (THE EVENT) 1. The basics 1.1 You are you. We / us are the event organisers, Agri Alliance. 2. Tickets 2.1 You are not registered, and your ticket isn’t valid until we receive your payment. If you don’t pay for your ticket in full, you can’t attend the event. 2.2 You can transfer your ticket to another person or change the name on a ticket once, without any additional charge. Email email@example.com before 12th November 2018 to request a transfer / name change. We unfortunately cannot transfer tickets or change names thereafter. 2.3 If you can’t come to the event anymore, let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 18th November 2018 and we will refund your ticket price (less any credit card processing fees). There will be no refunds thereafter, considerations will be made in cases of extenuating circumstances. 2.4 A ticket is for the whole event for the owner of the ticket. We don’t sell tickets for part of the event. You can’t share a ticket or transfer your ticket to another person for part of the event. 2.5 Tickets will be sent electronically, so please keep an eye on your inbox. 2.6 There is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments made through Paypal.
3. Changes and cancellation 3.1 We will endeavour to ensure the event is executed as published. However there is always the possibility that we may have to change, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforseen circumstance. If this happens, it is our priority to ensure we make contact with registrants as far in advance as possible. 3.2 In the event of a cancellation, full refund of the ticket price will occur. Our liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price. 4. Conditions 4.1 Participation in the event is at our discretion. We can refuse registration to anyone if we see fit to do so. If this happens we will refund the registration fee. If we think your behaviour is inappropriate we will ask you to leave the event and you won’t get a refund. If we do this, you agree to go quietly. 4.2 If you come to the event, you agree that: (a) we can take images, video and sound recordings of you. You agree that we can use these images for promotional or other purposes. (b) we can use the personal information you gave us for the purpose of the event and can also give it to our major sponsor.
5. Liability 5.1 You attend the event and use the facilities at your own risk. 5.2 You release us from liability for any loss or injury you or your property suffer or incur from coming to the event and in connection with these terms and conditions, whether based in contract, negligence (whether ours or someone else’s), tort, statute or otherwise. 5.3 You must comply with any rules published by us or the event venue/s and any reasonable directions that we issue. 5.4 We are not liable for any act or omission by an event participant, presenter or partner.
